This Pearl Harbor Whodunit Activity is designed to engage students in a fun, hands-on, and critical-thinking challenge where they will uncover the truth behind a fictional intelligence leak that played a role in the events leading up to the surprise attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. Students will work through a series of challenges, analyze historical evidence, and eliminate suspects, locations, and methods to solve the case.
 
Students will use critical thinking and problem solving to find answers and complete 6 different challenges. Once successful, students will use the reflection sheet to think deeply about the historical significance of Pearl Harbor and the lessons we can learn from the attack.
