This engaging and interactive Memorial Day Reading Comprehension & Writing Activity is perfect for students in grades 5-8. It includes a detailed reading passage about the origins of Memorial Day, comprehension questions (short answer or multiple choice), and a writing prompt that encourages students to reflectively think about the importance of the holiday.
